Krithika Shankaran, 28 years, the Founder Trustee of k-Cube Foundations. The Foundation is designinga unique National Rural Integrated Development Program,MythreyiSmart Society near Pondicherry.The upcoming Society comprises of School of Business and Social Impact( with world-class technology, state-of-the-art pedagogy, infrastructure and resources), Community College(for the underprivileged, abused, drop-outs and single-women), Teacher’s Training Institute, Handicrafts Institute, Policy Think-Tank for International Co-operation and Research and Incubation Centre catalyzing entrepreneurial initiatives in education, health, SMEs, banking, power and tourism.

She is the Promoter Director of k-Cube, a new company that is Designing an IT Skill Hub and will be implementing an IT Infrastructure with a focus on Skill Development near Villupuram, Tamil- Nadu. Krithika is the Second Woman Rotarian of Rotary Club-Madras Midtown. With the support of the Chief Minister she has brought in the Global Shapers Hub, initiative of the World Economic Forum to Pondicherry. She is the Founder Curator of the Global Shapers Hub-Pondicherry.

She is former Managing Director of Brahma Valley Group of Institutions (colleges of arts/commerce/science, engineering, education, pharmacy, polytechnic, and public schools), Nashik, India, former Expert Director of Industrial Mercantile Co-operative (IMC) Bank, Maharashtra. She worked in co-operation with the Ministry of External Affairs in expansion of projects/business abroad. She is also the youngest General Secretary of District Congress Committee of Indian National Congress.

Krithika is a Young India Fellow. She was the Indian Delegate to the Euro-BRICS Young- Leader’s Summit’15, held at Russia and Finland. She has worked at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)-Boston-USA, with Senior Leadership Tof Conglomerates-New Delhi, global business leaders, former cabinet ministers and Members of Parliament, India in previous stints. She was also the Indian Delegate to the COP23 Summit (in partnership with the United Nations, held at Bonn), Germany, 2017 and Delegate to the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit, New Delhi, 2016. She has published several research papers in international journals of repute.

Krithika was Trustee of Sri Sankara Mutt, Kanchi KamakotiPeetam(Thiruvannamalai)-(2500-year old world-renowned institution that has created phenomenal impact on mankind in the space of education, health, skill development, livelihood creation, women’s development and preservation of culture).She wasa Board Member of Kanchi Sankara English Medium School, Andhra Pradesh.

Having been exposed to inter-disciplinary, top-notch leaders of different countries, cultures and perspectives she hopes to bring the best out of collaborative-resource sharing platforms. She is a 'generalist' with an unrelenting urge to generate impact in the intersection of businesses, academia and governments. She heads her organizations with the vision of development, peaceful co-existence and security.
